Swift Growth Marketing (“Swift Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and free tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or request a report from one of our free tools, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and any message, website or business you enter. If you attach files to the contact form, such as an RFP or a project brief, we collect those files too.
Business information you look up. Our GBP Grader tool lets you search for a business by name to score its public Google Business Profile. The business you select and the resulting public profile data (rating, review counts, categories, photos, hours, and similar public fields) are processed to generate your report, and the report is stored so it can be re-opened and shared via a link.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including through analytics cookies where enabled. We use short-lived, in-memory rate limits (keyed to your IP address) to protect our tools from abuse.
GBP Grader is a free tool that grades a business’s public Google Business Profile. It uses the Google Maps Platform (Places API) to look up publicly available profile information for the business you select. Your report is stored in our database so you can revisit it and share it with others via a link. If you request the full detailed report, we collect your email address so our team can review your profile and follow up with you. We do not need or request access to your Google account.
The Swift Site Audit is a free tool that looks at a website the way a buyer would. You enter a website address, and we review that site’s public pages: how it shows up in search, how its links look when shared, its speed on laptop and phone, its accessibility, and the proof and next steps it offers. We only look at public pages; we never log in to the site.
To run the check, the website address is sent to the services listed below, including Google PageSpeed Insights (speed and screenshots) and Ahrefs (Domain Rating). Your results are shown in your browser and are not saved to an account. We do keep a short record of each check (the website address, its score and how far you got) so we can see how the tool is used. To keep the tool fast, we store the speed results for each website address for 24 hours and remove older results automatically.
If you ask for a free consultation, we save your name, email address, company, the best time to reach you, the website you checked and its score, so our team can prepare for the call and follow up with you.
When you use one of our free tools, we record the steps you take (for example, that you started a check, got a result or sent the form), with the website or business you entered, the score, and the answers you typed into the tool. If you send a form, we also keep the contact details you sent. We use this to improve the tools and to follow up when you ask us to. We do not record your IP address. If you accept analytics cookies, a random ID in your browser tab links your steps across pages. If you don’t, nothing is stored on your device and each page is counted on its own.
You can attach up to three files (such as an RFP, brief or pricing sheet) when you contact us. Your browser uploads them directly to private file storage run by Supabase; they are not public and cannot be found or opened without a link from us.
Your message reaches our team by email with a private download link for each file. Those links stop working after 30 days. The files themselves stay in private storage for as long as we need them to review and respond to your inquiry, and you can ask us to delete them at any time (see Your rights below). Please don’t attach anything you aren’t comfortable sharing with us, such as passwords or payment details.
We use trusted third parties to run our site and tools. Your information may be processed by these providers solely to deliver our services:
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate our services, or where required by law.
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your cookie choice for one year. Google Analytics and Ahrefs load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Choose “Essential only” to use the site without these analytics services. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop these services and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver our services, follow up with you, and meet our legal and business obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, reach out through our contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and tools are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
