Case study
SCI develops and runs Goddard Schools, manages real estate, and advises business owners on growth. When they came to us, they had no website. We built their first one, rebuilt it on a faster platform, moved it to a CMS their team edits, and write for it every month.
The client
Speranza Consulting and Investments (SCI) develops and runs Goddard Schools, manages real estate, and advises business owners on growth. We have been their web and content team from the start.
The site had one job: say plainly who runs the schools, how the company grew and what it stands for, and stay current as that changes.

“Before working with Swift Growth Marketing, SCI had no online presence. Their team built our website from scratch.”

Presence
People who wanted to look them up had nowhere to go. There was no site to send a partner, a new hire or a family to.
Story
Their mission, how the company grew and what it stands for lived in the heads of the people who built it.
Upkeep
Leaders, photos and news change. Their team needed to update the site themselves, not wait on us for every edit.

Tools we built
Their team approves the work and edits the site without a developer. Drawn here with sample data, to keep their information private.
Each month their team gets a page of blog topics. They approve, skip or edit each one and add notes. Their picks come straight to us.
One copy for LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Their team approves, edits or skips each post on one page. Approved posts are scheduled; nothing goes out without their OK.
The site runs on Sanity CMS. Their team edits pages and site settings, drags the leadership team into order, and schedules posts ahead.
Every month: what happened in plain words first, then the detail from Search Console, Google Analytics and PageSpeed, and what we do next.
What changed
Before
No online presence.
First site
We built their first website from scratch: their story, online for the first time.
July 2026
Rebuilt in Next.js, every page and word kept.
7 Oct 2026
Moved to Sanity CMS. Their team edits the site.
10 Oct 2026
Search their name: they’re the first Google result, and Google’s AI Overview cites their site.
Now
We build on it every month: two articles, social posts their team approves, and site care.
The takeaway
Before anyone calls you, they look you up. Start with a site that tells your story plainly. Then keep it current: a platform your own team can edit, and a steady run of posts that show what you know.
